What’s not included
We keep the scope honest — representation, not everything with the word “compliance” in it.
- Legal advice. We are not a law firm. For legal opinions, engage counsel.
- DPO services. A Data Protection Officer is a separate role — regulators consider it incompatible with the representative role.
- Product testing & certification. CE marking, lab testing and declarations of conformity remain your responsibility as the seller or manufacturer.
- Customs & importer duties. We act as your representative, not your importer of record.
- EPR / packaging registrations. Extended producer responsibility schemes are separate national registrations.
High-risk data processing (special categories, children’s data, biometrics) requires additional review before onboarding — ask us first.
Large catalogs & multiple entities
The flat fee covers standard catalogs. Sellers with large multi-category product ranges, agencies onboarding multiple clients, or groups with several legal entities are quoted individually — contact us or book a free 15-minute call.

Why is the price flat when others charge per country?
One EU-established representative satisfies the requirement across the single market — the work doesn’t multiply by 27. Per-country pricing reflects a sales model, not a cost structure. We charge for what the service actually is.
What happens at renewal?
The service renews annually at the same flat rate. You can cancel at any renewal with no exit fees; we provide a documented termination and withdrawal procedure so your records stay clean.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

Is there a discount for taking both services?
