Which service do I need — Article 27 or GPSR?
If your business is outside the EU and you process EU residents’ personal data (for example through a website, app or SaaS), you need a GDPR Article 27 representative. If you sell physical products to EU consumers from outside the EU, you need a GPSR Authorized Representative. Many businesses need both — each is offered separately so you only pay for what applies.
